Legally registered business or eligible independent contractor, valid tax information, and W-9 availability.
General liability, workers’ compensation when required, and commercial auto when required.
Trade licenses and certifications when required for the work and jurisdiction.
Reliable transportation, appropriate tools and equipment, and professional appearance.
Professional customer communication, reliable scheduling, and smartphone use for digital work information and photos.
Follow written scopes, obtain approvals before additional work, comply with codes and property rules, and protect information.
Preferred qualifications include experience in your selected trade; residential, commercial, multifamily, property management, and facility maintenance experience; emergency, after-hours, and weekend availability; strong documentation and references; branded vehicles and uniformed staff; and familiarity with platforms such as ClickUp, Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, CompanyCam, Procore, Buildertrend, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365, along with OSHA, EPA, and manufacturer certifications and a documented safety program.

Partners are expected to maintain current insurance and provide updated certificates as coverage renews.
How is submitted information protected?
Information is stored securely, restricted to authorized administrators, and used only to evaluate and manage potential partner relationships.
