Frequently asked questions

Which kinds of organizations do you partner with?

We partner with property management companies, real estate professionals, insurance agencies and adjusters, builders and developers, HOAs and community managers, and facilities and corporate accounts. Each partnership is built around what your organization manages, whether that is a rental portfolio, a client base, a claim, or a multi-site facilities program.

How does a partnership get started?

It starts with an introduction call about your portfolio, clients, or projects and what a dependable service partner would change for you. From there we align on scope, service standards, response expectations, pricing structure, and communication channels, then run a pilot engagement on a defined property, listing, or project. Once both teams have validated the working relationship, we scale it across your portfolio or client base with a dedicated point of contact.

What trades does a single partnership cover?

One partnership covers plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing and the building envelope, remodeling, turnovers and make-ready work, cleaning and grounds programs, and emergency response. Plumbing and electrical work is performed by OCILB-licensed trade partners and coordinated through us. That is the point of the partnership: one call replaces a list of separate vendors.

How do you work with insurance agencies and adjusters?

Mitigation and repair are coordinated under one licensed general contractor, so a single party is accountable for the loss from response through repair. You get claim-ready documentation, scopes, and photos through one channel. Insured losses are also covered by 24/7 emergency dispatch.
