No painting, no staining, no rot. The trade-off is that installation quality is the only variable, so it has to be right.

How the work runs
- Property line and site review. We review your plat or survey, walk the line with you, check grade and obstructions, and confirm exactly where the fence will run.
- Permits, HOA, and utility locates. We handle the municipal permit and HOA architectural approval, and we call in utility locates before any digging. Both are required, and both get skipped by cheap installers.
- Layout and post setting. Posts are laid out to consistent spacing, dug below frost depth, set plumb in concrete, and crowned so water sheds away rather than pooling at the post.
- Panel and picket installation. Rails and panels are installed to follow grade correctly, either racked or stepped depending on the product and the slope, with consistent reveal throughout.
- Gates, hardware, and walkthrough. Gates are hung on reinforced posts with hardware sized for the gate weight, everything is adjusted, the site is cleaned, and we walk the finished line with you.
Why Transit & Flow for vinyl and pvc fencing
A fence installed at 24 inches deep will move in a Central Ohio winter. We set posts to 36 inches or below local frost depth, whichever is deeper, in properly crowned concrete that sheds water away from the post. We also confirm your line, either from your survey or from a new one, so that the fence you paid for is standing on land you own.
We are a licensed general contractor, not a single-trade specialist, which matters more on this kind of work than most homeowners realize. When the project uncovers a problem in another trade, and it often does, we already have the licensed crew to solve it instead of stopping the job while you find someone. One schedule, one accountable contractor, one warranty.

Frequently asked questions
How much does vinyl and pvc fencing cost in Central Ohio?
Pricing depends on size, material selection, site conditions, and access. We measure on site and give you an itemized written price before anything begins. Call (614) 382-0000 for a free estimate.
How long does vinyl and pvc fencing take?
Most projects in this category run from one day to two weeks on site, depending on scope, material lead time, and weather. You get a scheduled start and a written completion window before we begin.
Do you pull permits for this work?
Where the jurisdiction requires a permit, yes. We produce the drawings, pull the permit, schedule inspections, and carry it through final approval as part of the project.
Is the work warrantied?
Yes. Every Transit & Flow project carries a written workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer warranty on materials. Because we self-perform, one company stands behind both.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing options are available on qualifying projects. Ask when you call (614) 382-0000 and we will walk you through the terms before you commit to anything.
