Repair pricing depends on the type of damage, how many areas need work, roof access, and material match availability. Small flashing or single-area shingle repairs are often priced as a flat rate. Larger storm damage repairs spanning multiple roof planes are priced by scope after inspection. The Estimate Builder gives you a preliminary online estimate based on the type of repair you describe, but final scope and price subject to verification once we’re on the roof and can see the extent of the damage, including anything hidden under existing shingles. A repair limited to one slope or a single flashing point is a very different job than storm damage spread across the whole roof, and we’ll tell you which situation you’re in before any work is scheduled.
