A Procurement-Grade Network of Verified Service Partners
Transit & Flow Group maintains a structured Preferred Partner Network for homeowners, property managers, facility operators, and institutions across Central Ohio. Every partner completes a documented application and verification process before carrying the designation, and every designation is re-verified annually.
Four Stages. Documented at Every Step.
Partner status is earned through a review process modeled on enterprise vendor onboarding, not purchased through a listing fee.
Application & Documentation
Businesses submit ownership details, trade licensing where required, certificates of insurance, W-9 documentation, service categories, and references through a structured application.
Credential Review
Our team reviews licensing against the issuing jurisdiction, confirms insurance coverage and effective dates, and evaluates business history, references, and public reputation.
Standards Agreement
Approved partners agree in writing to the network code of conduct, communication standards, safety expectations, and customer-satisfaction requirements below.
Ongoing Oversight
Credentials are re-verified annually. Performance and customer feedback are reviewed continuously, and partners that fall below standards are removed.
What Every Partner Agrees To
Credentials
Active licensing wherever the trade and jurisdiction require it, current general liability insurance, and annual documentation renewal. Partners are responsible for maintaining all required licenses and insurance at all times.
Conduct & Safety
A written code of conduct covering job-site safety practices, professional appearance, respect for the property and its occupants, and compliance with applicable law.
Communication
Defined response-time expectations, clear written scopes and pricing before work begins, and prompt, professional handling of questions and concerns.
Performance
Customer-satisfaction expectations reviewed on an ongoing basis. Repeated unresolved complaints or credential lapses result in removal from the network.
Why Customers Choose Preferred Partners
Verification Before Introduction
The vetting most customers cannot practically do themselves, license checks, insurance review, references, is completed before a partner ever carries the designation.
One Accountable Standard
Every partner, in every trade, agrees to the same written standards, so expectations are consistent whether the project is a repair, a renovation, or a facility contract.
Recourse and Oversight
Network standing depends on continued performance. Feedback reaches a team with the authority to act on it, up to and including removal.
Participation Levels
Tiers reflect the depth of verification and program participation. Tier never determines search ranking on this site, and no tier constitutes an endorsement.

The Trades and Services We Verify
The network spans the full range of property services, from licensed trades to professional services and supply.
The Founding Cohort Is Now Forming
Premier Partner profiles publish here as founding applicants complete verification. Each profile will carry the partner’s credentials, service areas, and verified standing, and nothing publishes before verification is complete.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does Preferred Partner status actually mean?
It means the business satisfied the requirements of our application and verification process at the time of approval, including insurance review and license verification where the trade requires it, and agreed in writing to the network’s standards. It is a designation of process, not a guarantee of outcomes.
Does Transit & Flow Group guarantee a partner’s work?
No. Partners are independent businesses, and Transit & Flow Group does not guarantee or warrant their work unless specifically stated in a written agreement. Customers should independently evaluate any contractor for their project.
Can a business pay to be listed?
No tier can be purchased without passing verification, and no payment changes search ranking on this site or constitutes an endorsement. Paid tiers fund deeper program participation, published profiles, coordination, and oversight, after verification is complete.
How is licensing handled?
Licensing requirements vary by trade and jurisdiction. Where a license is required, we verify it against the issuing authority at application and again at annual re-verification. Partners are responsible for maintaining every license and insurance policy their work requires.
Can partners be removed?
Yes. Transit & Flow Group reserves the right to remove any partner at any time, including for credential lapses, unresolved customer complaints, or conduct inconsistent with network standards.
How do I apply?
Start at our contractor application, which collects your business details, licensing, insurance certificate, and references, and returns an eligibility answer in minutes. Approved applicants choose a participation tier during review.
Program Terms, In Plain Language
Transit & Flow Group does not guarantee or warrant the work performed by independent partners unless specifically stated within a written agreement. Partner status represents that certain application requirements were satisfied at the time of approval. Customers should independently evaluate contractors before hiring. Licensing requirements vary by jurisdiction, and partners are solely responsible for maintaining all required licenses and insurance. Transit & Flow Group reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or remove partners from the network at any time and at its sole discretion. Participation fees fund program administration, verification, and coordination; they do not purchase endorsements, rankings, or referrals.
