Reconstruction cost depends entirely on the scope of what was removed during mitigation and the finish level you choose for the rebuild, from standard materials back to original condition, up to a full upgrade. Because every restoration project starts from a different amount of damage, we do not price reconstruction from a generic range. Our team assesses what’s actually torn out, reviews any insurance scope of work, and builds a detailed reconstruction estimate from there. If you’re working with an insurance claim, we align our estimate with the adjuster’s scope wherever possible and explain clearly where we see a difference.
