Building Exterior Maintenance in Columbus and Central Ohio

The exterior is the first thing every customer, tenant, and prospect sees, and it’s the part of the building taking the full force of Central Ohio’s weather. Building Exterior Maintenance keeps your property looking cared-for and protects the envelope from the wear that turns into expensive repairs.

The problem this removes

Exterior upkeep is easy to defer because it rarely fails all at once, it degrades slowly, until faded paint, cracked walkways, failing caulk, and tired landscaping add up to a property that shows poorly and an envelope that’s letting weather do damage. By the time it’s obvious, the fix is bigger. Regular exterior maintenance keeps both the appearance and the building envelope ahead of that curve.

What we handle

Building envelope upkeep. Exterior surfaces, caulking, sealant, and the weather-facing elements that protect the building from Central Ohio’s freeze-thaw cycles.

Walkways, entrances, and hardscape. Sidewalks, steps, and entrances kept safe and presentable, which is both a curb-appeal and a liability matter.

Exterior lighting. Parking, walkway, and building lighting maintained for safety, security, and appearance.

Grounds and curb appeal. Coordination of the exterior appearance elements that shape a visitor’s first impression.

Pressure washing and surface cleaning. Removing the algae, dirt, and buildup that accumulate on Central Ohio exteriors, especially on shaded elevations.

What we self-perform, and how we disclose the rest

We self-perform exterior envelope upkeep, walkway and entrance maintenance, exterior lighting, pressure washing, and general grounds work directly, and coordinate specialty trades for major concrete, paving, and complex electrical work under our supervision, disclosed plainly in the program scope. Parking-area resurfacing and striping, along with snow and ice response, are coordinated through our trade-partner services noted below.

Why exterior maintenance protects both image and the building itself

Exterior maintenance does double duty: it protects the first impression that shapes how customers, tenants, and prospects perceive the property, and it protects the building envelope from weather damage that compounds if ignored. In Central Ohio specifically, freeze-thaw cycles are hard on caulking, sealant, walkways, and any exterior element with a gap for water to get into and freeze. Staying ahead of that with regular maintenance is meaningfully cheaper than repairing the envelope damage that neglect produces.

Who this fits
