How pricing works

Patio Repair uses starting pricing: a base starting cost for the smallest, most contained repair, scaling up from there based on the specifics of your patio:

• Starting point covers a single small crack, a handful of sunken or lifted pavers, or a small localized area, priced from a minimum project cost that reflects mobilization and materials for any repair visit.
• What increases the price above that starting point: total square footage affected, material type (poured concrete, clay or concrete pavers, natural stone, or flagstone all repair differently), how much base material needs to be reset or replaced beneath the surface, and access to the patio area.
• Releveling versus patching. A settled section often needs the base material excavated and recompacted before the surface goes back down correctly, which is a different scope than simply patching a surface crack, and we price the two differently.
• Matching materials. We source matching pavers, stone, or a concrete finish close to your existing patio where the original product is still available, and flag it plainly when an exact match is not possible.

Patios and Central Ohio ground movement

Central Ohio’s clay-heavy soil is the main reason patios shift here more than in areas with sandier ground.
