How pricing works

This is a flat-price service. A standard sink installation, disconnecting the old sink, setting the new one, and reconnecting supply and drain lines, is priced as one flat number, as is a standard faucet installation. Combining both in the same visit is also priced as a single flat job. That flat price assumes your new sink is designed to fit the existing counter opening (drop-in or undermount, matching the current cutout) and your faucet matches the existing hole pattern.

A few things step the price up from the flat rate: a new sink whose dimensions don’t match your current cutout, a faucet with a different number of holes than your counter currently has, corroded or seized shutoff valves that need replacement before the new fixture can go in, or a garbage disposal that needs to be disconnected, reconnected, or replaced as part of the job. If your project involves a new countertop cutout or a full countertop replacement, that’s a larger job handled by our Kitchen or Bathroom remodeling and countertop teams, not this service.
