Disinfection Service is priced as a flat add-on fee per visit, on top of your base cleaning price, rather than as a percentage of the total. The fee scales with home size and the number of high-touch zones covered, since a five-bedroom home with three bathrooms has more doorknobs, switches, and counters than a small condo. What changes the price: square footage, number of bathrooms and entry points, and whether the add-on rides on a recurring schedule (priced per visit at your standing rate) or a single one-time visit. 4. Flag anything for next time. Home office equipment, kids’ play areas, or other surfaces can be added through your visit summary.
5. Keep it standing or add it as needed. Leave the add-on on every recurring visit, or request it only for the visits where you want it.
