• Condition still matters. A home that was maintained well until the day you left takes less time than one with years of accumulated buildup in corners and behind appliances.
• Timing against your move-out date matters for scheduling: we work with lease-end dates and closing dates, and can usually accommodate a narrow window once the home is cleared out.
• Add-ons, like inside cabinets throughout, garage or basement areas, or a final trash haul-out, are priced individually.
