Photo documentation is a standalone, range priced visit, built around the size of the property and the extent of damage to be documented:

• Property size and number of affected areas. A single room documented thoroughly costs less than a multi-room or whole-property visit.
• Travel and scheduling. Standard service area visits are priced differently than properties further out or visits requiring a tight turnaround.
• Delivery format and turnaround. Standard digital delivery is included; expedited turnaround for an active claim deadline can affect price.
• What’s not included in the visit fee. A written scope of work and cost estimate is a separate, standalone service, our Estimate Documentation page, though many customers book both together in one visit.
