Is this the right service for you?

Dishwasher haul-away is built for the most common replacement scenario in Central Ohio kitchens: an old dishwasher is coming out and a new one is going in, on the same day. It’s the right call when:

• You bought a new dishwasher from a retailer or online and it’s being delivered (or already sitting in your kitchen), and you want the old one gone the same day the new one goes in.
• You don’t want to deal with the old unit yourself. Dishwashers are awkward and heavy to move alone, and most municipal trash pickup won’t take large appliances curbside without special arrangement.
• You want one visit, not two. Booking removal and a separate new install as two appointments means double the scheduling and double the disruption to your kitchen.

This is different from our standalone Dishwasher Removal service, which is for taking an old unit out with no replacement going in that day, for example ahead of a remodel, or when someone else is installing the new dishwasher later. If nothing new is being installed during your visit, removal alone is the simpler, less expensive booking. If a new dishwasher is going in, haul-away is the one to book, since it bundles removal, disposal, and the new hookup into a single flat-priced visit.

This service is priced as a single flat fee for a standard install and haul-away: removing and disposing of your old dishwasher, then installing your new, customer-supplied unit into the same cabinet opening with standard water, drain, and electrical connections.

The flat price steps up when:

• There’s no existing shutoff valve, or the existing one is corroded or seized and needs replacement before the new unit can be connected safely.
• The new dishwasher’s dimensions or connection points don’t match the old one, requiring extra fitting or a different hookup kit.
• The unit needs to be hardwired rather than plugged into an existing outlet.
• Cabinetry, flooring, or trim installed after the old dishwasher blocks a standard pull-out and reinstall.
