Make-Ready Services is priced as a bundled scope built from a walkthrough of the unit, combining cleaning, repair, and paint line items into one job.

• Bundled line-item pricing. Cleaning, repairs, and paint each appear as their own line within the bundle, so you can see what the full make-ready scope costs and where the cost comes from.
• Repaint versus touch-up. A full repaint is priced differently than touch-up work, and we confirm which the unit needs at the walkthrough rather than assuming.
• What changes the price: unit size and condition, how much paint coverage is needed, how many repair items are on the punch list, and the cleaning tier required (standard turnover clean versus a heavier deep-clean scope).
• One visit window. Because cleaning, repairs, and paint are coordinated together, we typically schedule the bundle to finish faster than booking each trade separately.
